Responsibilities

Your Role on the Team

Under the direction of Financial Analyst Supervisor 2, the incumbent serves as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Business Office handling budgetary, accounting, and reporting functions that support the mission and activities of the UC Irvine Libraries. • A minimum of 5 years of experienceconducting complex financial analysis, planning, preparation, and administration of a multi-million dollar budget.

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting University resources.
• Knowledge of working in a Library environment.
• Knowledge and experience using Kuali Financial System, Decision Support, UCPath Reports, Tableau, and data warehouse for research and reporting purposes.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $79,200.00- $95,250.00 (Annual).
