Responsibilities

Your Role on the Team

Under the direction of Financial Analyst Supervisor 2, the incumbent serves as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Business Office handling budgetary, accounting, and reporting functions that support the mission and activities of the UC Irvine Libraries. Develop recommendations for new and changes to existing Business Office policies and procedures and ensure compliance with Libraries, campus, and UC policies and procedures.

  • BS/BA related degree; Finance/Accounting preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experienceconducting complex financial analysis, planning, preparation, and administration of a multi-million dollar budget.

Preferred:

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting University resources.
  • Knowledge of working in a Library environment.
  • Knowledge and experience using Kuali Financial System, Decision Support, UCPath Reports, Tableau, and data warehouse for research and reporting purposes.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $79,200.00- $95,250.00 (Annual).
