Overview

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Central Region Finance team. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to divisions, contributing to key business decisions through analysis and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly closing process across the region.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow).
• Analyze financial performance and prepare financial and operational projections.
• Assess and forecast key performance indicators.
• Prepare presentations for monthly management reviews.
• Prepare fiscal year‑end financial statements and corporate tax returns; assist audit activities.
• Prepare external financial and bank compliance reports.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting planning process for the company.
• Research and provide opinions on proper GAAP accounting treatment for new processes.
• Effectively analyze and reconcile financial data with attention to detail.
• Participate in special projects as requested, such as implementation of the new ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
