Responsible for, under the direction of the Director of Budget and Finance, the quarterly reconciliation of accounts for the Office of University Compliance, monitoring spending and encumbrances, and maintaining detailed financial records. This role includes providing financial recommendations, assisting in the development of internal guidelines, and contributing to the annual operating budget. Reviews budget submissions, conducts financial performance analysis for forecasting, and generates financial reports. Manages purchasing functions, ensures accurate budget transaction records, and serves as a liaison for finance-related matters with related units and the Office of the President. Prepares payroll transfers, performs quarterly payroll reviews, and ensures compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.
