Responsibilities
- Using Oracle, design reports, map accounts, develop JVs, run various systems assigning department charges
- Analyzing spending variances
- Develop activity and cost projections for production and lab centers
- Determine manpower, salary and fringe expenses by salary groups
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Prior experience with Oracle, Syteline software
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Self-directed and works well in a matrix organization
- Ability to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required
Knowledge and Training
- B.S. in Business/Accounting and two years financial reporting and/or budgets
- Equivalent experience of six years in financial reporting and/or budgets in a manufacturing environment
- Strong skills and knowledge of accounting theory and application of financial principles
Physical requirements
- Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. when needed
- Constantly stand and walk throughout the workday
- It is required to stand, walk & reach with hands & arms
- Good coordination to operate several controls simultaneously
