Our IT team is expanding and looking to add a Financial Analyst. We are seeking a dynamic and driven candidate interested in joining a fast-growing global automotive company.

Duties

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the financial modules of an ERP system, ensuring alignment with business needs and improving financial management efficiency. Other duties include:

• ERP System Management & Optimization
• Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP modules (such as FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, AA, etc.)
• Ensure stable operation of the ERP system, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and data migration to ensure business continuity

• Financial Process Optimization and Data Analysis
• Design and optimize processes for accounting, budgeting, cost control, asset management, and taxation
• Automate financial workflows, such as reconciliation, invoicing, and tax calculations

• User Training & Support
• Provide ERP system training to financial personnel to enhance operational skills
• Develop system manuals, answer ERP-related questions, and provide technical support

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial and management accounting
• ERP experience with Plex, QAD, Oracle ERP; familiarity with SAP preferred
• Knowledge of cost accounting, asset management, budgeting, and financial consolidation
• Proficiency in SQL and MySQL for data queries
• Strong communication and project management skills
