Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a strong Financial Analyst for our Wichita Falls, Texas Plant. The role reports to the Controller and focuses on cost systems, financial analysis, and monthly close processes.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Business with accounting/finance exposure, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with cost accounting. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business; accounting/finance concentration preferred.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead role with shop floor cost system and financial analysis of operations.
• Monthly tracking and reconciliation of AR issues; assist month-end close.
• Coordinate closing entries with other APP locations and report preparation.
• Own daily reporting systems and capital budgeting support.
• Provide annual and quarterly corporate tax reporting; support ad-hoc analyses.

This position will be in our Wichita Falls, Texas Plant. We are seeking a strong Financial Analyst with high energy and drive. This position will report to the Controller.

Our Wichita Falls location is on the front edge of the rapid growth in the aerospace and turbine industries. Nestled halfway between Dallas/Fort Worth, Texasand Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, our facility in Wichita Fallssupplies jet engine components to some of the most trusted names in the Aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead role with shop floor cost system.
• Analysis of financial and operational results.
• Monthly tracking and reconciliation of AR issues.
• Month‑end closing and reporting, including account reconciliation and coordination of closing entries with other APP locations.
• Ownership and execution of daily reporting systems.
• Capital appropriation and Fixed Asset support.
• Analysis of plant spending and leadership of spend management systems.
• Data extraction and report development.
• Financial analysis and process development for special projects, as required.
• Provide annual and quarterly corporate tax reporting.
• Support through Ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Completion of Howmet's Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements for internal controls.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Business, preferred concentration in Accounting or Finance
