You will provide critical insights to leadership while driving financial clarity, accountability, and operational efficiency across the global Technology and Product teams.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Deliver transparent, high-quality financial reporting of Technology & Digital operating expenses. Provide deep-dive analysis on cost drivers, resource investments, and performance metrics for ELT stakeholders.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a key thought partner to Technology leaders. Enable informed decision-making by connecting Technology & Digital teams with Commercial Finance partners and translating financial findings for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Close & Compliance: Manage monthly and quarterly standard close processes, including accruals, reclasses, and reconciliation of financial systems. Ensure continued compliance with accounting policies and perform relevant SOX controls.
  • System Integration & Data Accuracy: Consolidate inputs from time-tracking tools and financial systems to provide a unified view of Technology spend. Maintain data integrity across cost categories and initiatives.
  • Process Automation & Improvement: Champion the modernization of financial processes. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, implementing standardization and automation to shift focus from manual data crunching to value-add financial analysis.
  • Capital Planning Support: Enhance and implement capital planning tools for the Technology area to ensure alignment with broader FP&A platform upgrades.
Experience You'll Bring
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably supporting technology or IT organizations.

  • Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate financial performance to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Process Orientation: A strong desire to "fix and build." Demonstrated success in streamlining manual processes and implementing automated solutions.
