About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our finance team in the role of Financial Analyst. This entry-level position is designed to support our department managers and investment project leaders in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will utilize their accounting knowledge and analytical skills to assist in the creation of budget events, perform month-end close activities, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years with an associate’s degree in an accounting-related role.

Skills And Competencies

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including GAAP or IFRS, and cost accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with accounting functions, terminology, and application of accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
