Job summary

V2X Inc. in Orlando, Florida or Remote seeks a Financial Analyst II to deliver program financial support, including the annual operating plan, estimate at complete, and data requirements for assigned projects.

You will partner with Operations and Program Support to manage financials, invoicing, receivables, and contractual needs, performing planning, tracking, and reporting to help achieve program goals.

Qualifications

• Experience executing the financial management and reporting functions, including planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on TO financials.
• Experience supporting cost/schedule baselines, WBSs, and progress analysis against the baselines.
• Experience supporting working capital activities: invoicing, accruals, on-hold costs, and cost backup.
• Experience producing financial deliverables such as MSR and InSITE updates.

Position Summary

Responsible for providing program financial support to the program team. The position will support management on the preparation and administration of all financial data requirements such as Annual Operating Plan, Estimate at Complete, and projects as assigned by Manager. Partners with Operational leadership as well as with Program Support departments to address all matters of financials, invoicing, receivables and contractual requirements.

• Executes the financial management and reporting functions, including planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on TO financials (e.g., accumulated costs, funds expended, projected costs, program actuals, and burn rates)
• Works under Finance Manager's supervision to support the program’s financial goals and objectives; helps establish and maintain the cost/schedule baselines and WBSs and analyze progress reported against the program baseline
• Supports working capital activities such as invoicing support for unbilled cost, accruals, on-hold cost, and cost backup; and provides program financial revenue projection and variance support
• Supports production of financial deliverables, including MSR and InSITE financial data updates. Supports the development of ROMs/BOMs for TDPs

Required Qualifications:

• Experience executing the financial management and reporting functions, including planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on TO financials such as accumulated costs, funds expended, projected costs, program actuals, and burn rates
• Experience working under the supervision of a Finance Manager to support the program's financial goals and objectives, helping to establish and maintain the cost/schedule baselines and WBSs, and analyzing progress reported against the program baseline
