The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, strong financial skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Our Corporate Development team leads RTI\'S mergers & acquisitions (M&A), equity investments and strategic alliances. We actively evaluate acquisitions and other forms of strategic partnerships that fit with RTI\'s strategy, mission and values.
We’re seeking a highly motivated professional to join this dynamic team and play a pivotal role in advancing RTI’s most important strategic initiatives.
This is a high-visibility role with exposure to executive leadership, investment bankers, investors, and target company executives. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle — from financial modeling and valuation to due diligence, negotiation, and closing — all while helping shape RTI’s future.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below. Our pay ranges represent national averages and may vary by location as a geographic differential may be applied to some locations within the United States.
RTI considers multiple factors when making an offer including, for example: established salary range, internal budget, business needs, and education and years of work experience possessed by the applicant. Further, salary is merely one element to our offer.
