We are hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst for a direct hire position in San Juan Capistrano, CA (Onsite).

Our client is a global manufacturing leader that seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver accurate reporting, support financial planning, and help drive data-backed decisions. You will work closely with US and global finance teams, providing insights that support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is strong with numbers, skilled at finding trends, and confident explaining analysis to management.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience that is looking to grow into into the title within the next 3 years.
• Manufacturing Industry experience is a MUST.
• Must have experience or strong knowledge in global inputs for sales, costs, OPEX, CAPEX, etc.
• Must have worked with sales or product teams in the past to analyze direct margin, gross profit, and cost savings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Teams).
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, NPV, IRR, and capital project management.
• Experience with multiple currencies and global reporting is a plus.
• Able to identify and explain trends, variances, and key drivers in financial data.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Analyze direct margin, gross profit, and cost savings for customers and products in collaboration with product and sales teams.
• Perform data reconciliation between JDE and EPM systems.
• Provide volume, sales, and margin analytics at the customer and product level.
• Present clear, actionable analysis and explain trends or variances to management.
• Help build insightful reporting and dashboards for internal teams.
• Support process standardization for templates, technology, and reporting.
• Help maintain financial data integrity and contribute to improving controls.
  
  

Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $100,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
