Job summary

The Financial Analyst at Lumentum Operations LLC will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively.

You will forecast, budget, and analyze variances; prepare detailed reports and dashboards; collaborate with departments to ensure reporting accuracy; and contribute to planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or technology company.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling.
• Experience with financial planning software (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay Range: P10-USA-1 :$59,650.00 - $85,250.00 Disclaimer: Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
