Job summary

Gibraltar Building Products is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to support the Director, FP&A - Supply Chain & Procurement. This role will lead the 13-Week Cash Flow Forecast, manage SG&A reporting and analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights.

The position involves forecasting, budgeting, operational performance analysis, and driving process improvements for enhanced financial visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to understand & collaborate cross functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the weekly 13-Week Cash Flow Forecast process, providing visibility into liquidity, working capital trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly SG&A reporting and variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year, highlighting key business drivers and cost improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support Supply Chain and Procurement decision-making.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Accounting teams to analyze spending, inventory, savings initiatives, and operational performance.
• Create management reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations for Finance leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close activities through financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Lead and support strategic projects for the Director, FP&A, including process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, reporting automation, and ad hoc financial analyses.

We are searching for a candidate with:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent is required; advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to understand & collaborate cross functionally.
