Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, business performance, revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare financial reports, management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts and identify significant variances.
• Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and analytical tools.
• Perform financial and operational data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and business performance reporting.
• Work with accounting, finance, operations, and business teams to collect and validate financial information.

• Assist with revenue, expense, profitability, and cash flow analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial data and documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to financial reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, academic, or professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP &A, investment analysis, banking, or business analytics.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools.
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and financial ratios.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Exposure to variance analysis, profitability analysis, or revenue forecasting.
• CFA, FMVA, or other finance-related certifications are a plus but are not required for qualified entry-level candidates.
