Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to join our Strategy and Business Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations process. You will play a key role in managing revenue reports, tracking payment statues, and recording revenue in our systems. Your work will contribute to the smooth operation of our SPG group and the overall financial health of the organization.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Management/Forecasting
    • Manage and update the revenue/payment tracker, maintaining a detailed history of revenue amounts and payment statuses
    • Support forecasting processes by analyzing data trends
    • Create and issue accurate invoices according to internal policies
    • Ensure all invoices are aligned with the revenue data and are processed in a timely manner
    • Record revenue accurately in the system, ensuring that all entries are aligned with the revenue reports and financial policies
    • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments and follow up on overdue payments
    • Reconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement improvements to streamline invoicing and revenue recording processes
    • Assist in the development and implementation of financial operations processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual preferred - English and Korean

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Operations, Business or a related field.
  • 4-6 years financial and/or accounting experience required.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $58.60 - $58.60/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
