  • Implementing Improvements: Design, test, and implement new, optimized financial procedures and workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Project Management & Collaboration: Support cross-functional projects to implement improvements, ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, conduct regular reviews of implemented changes, and present findings to management.

Summary

The Financial Analyst focuses on preparing, analyzing, and reporting for multiple departments within the Organization. Experience with leveraging technology (Excel, ERP, Data Visualization Tools) to automate reporting and strengthen internal controls is required. Identifying, designing, and implementing workflows, and optimizing systems is a key function of this role.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Additional duties as assigned.
