Global Channel Management is seeking a Financial Analyst for a 7-month contract in the US AR team. The role emphasizes end-to-end AR activities with SAP-based research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with focus on business or related field, 3+ years’ experience in B2B Accounts
• Alternatively, 5+ years in B2B AR management, dispute resolution, and/or customer service without a degree
• Strong SAP knowledge and MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) plus solid management and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• End-to-end financial account management for the US AR portfolio
• AR/Collections activities with initial focus on escheatment/unclaimed property using SAP research
• Collections, deductions resolution, AR-related research, order review, and BPO escalations
