Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an international financial services firm within control (compliance, audit, and risk), operations, testing, or related role.
• Strong background in Global Economic Sanctions.
• Strong knowledge of general banking operations and products.
• Ability to conceptualize understanding the end to end process and screening ecosystem.
• Excellent analytical ability and strong decision-making skills to assess information under review.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to clearly articulate issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Team worker, able to effectively interact with superiors and peers in a dynamic but respectful exchange of ideas.
• Flexible, able to be productive delivering in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of data mining, data analytics and reporting.
• Advanced/proficient working knowledge of database management tools such as SQL; Java programming for data automation, and VBA/Macros.
• Excellent computer skills including advanced/proficient ability to work with Excel, SharePoint, Collaborate, Access, and additional Microsoft Office products.
• Attention to detail without losing the big picture and ability to illustrate workflows through Visio.
