Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions in the real estate sector.
• Assist in the evaluation and execution of transactions, including acquisitions and refinancing activities.

• Collaborate with various teams, potentially rotating between acquisition and refinancing groups.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity real estate, either as an investment analyst or in loan analysis.
• Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is highly desirable, particularly candidates transitioning from audit to transaction services.
• Consideration will be given to first‑year investment banking generalists with a strong interest in real estate.

• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and the ability to create impactful presentations.
