Job summary

Culligan is hiring a Financial Analyst in Lombard, IL. This role supports monthly financial reviews, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across business units.

You will analyze data, identify issues, and implement best-practice solutions. Responsibilities include owning recurring reporting packages, maintaining reporting tools, refreshing data in Power BI and HFM, supporting MFR and MOR processes, and assisting with reconciliations and month-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly recurring reporting packages for EDG, ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units.
• Update, maintain, and improve reporting tools, templates, and schedules.
• Refresh and validate data across reporting systems (IFS, HFM, Power BI, internal dashboards, and Microsoft office).
• Support preparation of Monthly Financial Review (MFR) and Monthly Business Operations Review (MOR) reporting.
• Assist with account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and documentation required for month-end close as assigned.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, operating initiatives, and performance improvement opportunities.

Job Overview:

Culligan is hiring a Financial Analyst, located in Lombard, IL. This includes supporting monthly financial and business reviews, the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting to ensure timely and accurately delivery of requirements. This individual identifies problems using analytical skills, generating collaborative solutions, determining the best approach, and implementing best practice solutions.
