Martin Marietta is seeking a Financial Analyst to analyze, develop, and provide automated solutions impacting financial controllership in our Kansas City Region.

You will collaborate with division leadership to deliver timely financial insights, perform variance analysis, and support forecasting and KPI-driven decision making across the business. This role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Valid US driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial analysis and accounting activities with division leadership.
• Analyze data, identify trends, recommend findings.
• Monitor financial activities and report anomalies for compliance.
• Train budget holders on forecasting techniques and our forecasting/reporting systems.
• Educate on understanding the P&L and how operational KPIs impact the P&L and Working Capital.
• Identify and close gaps in business processes or knowledge.
• Perform variance analysis to identify errors and opportunities.
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions.
• Handle ad hoc work as designated by the Finance Manager/Supervisor and Regional VP.
