OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASKS OF THE FUNCTION

• Fixed Assets accounting (new assets entry, asset disposal, depreciation posting)
• Project Accounting
• Cash Forecast and cash management
• Budgeting and forecasting

TASKS

• Fixed Assets accounting (new assets entry, asset disposal, depreciation posting)
• Project Accounting and CIP management for accounting
• Cash Forecast Preparation
• Booking investment entries
• Assist in annual budget process and monthly forecasting activities
• Accounting for strategic alliance and rebates agreements
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including ad hoc entries and requests
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Ad-hoc tasks and analysis

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Education: BSc in finance, accounting or controlling, or commercial apprenticeship with relevant, higher finance diploma
• Special Knowledge: Excellent communication English
• Expertise in Excel is required
• Personality: Distinguished ability to work under pressure even in periods of heavy workload and high capacity
• Excellent ability to communicate with colleagues and superiors
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of related experience and at least 2 years of qualified job experience in particular field – manufacturing oriented (inventory, costing)
