Job summary

EBI Consulting has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Manager of FP&A.

This position is designated hybrid, with expectations of being in office in our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters. As such, candidates must be within commutable distance to Burlington and comfortable working in an in-office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience using financial controls and processes to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports that provide key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including collaborating with department heads.
• Prepare presentations and reports to senior leadership that summarize financial performance and highlight key issues.
• Work with the accounting team to ensure expenses are booked in line with the budget.

Position Summary

EBI Consulting has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions. Key duties include evaluating financial performance, preparing reports, forecasting future revenues and expenses, and supporting budgeting and financial planning processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software and tools, and a solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports that provide key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including collaborating with department heads
• Prepare presentations and reports to senior leadership that summarize financial performance and highlight key issues
• Working collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure expenses are booked consistent with budget
• Partner with other functional areas of the organization to analyze financial performance

Qualifications And Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to use financial controls and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools

The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $60,000- $75,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
