Agile Global Solutions, Inc in Taylor, TX is seeking a Contingent FP&A Data & AI Specialist to modernize our financial reporting and forecasting ecosystem through Power BI dashboards and AI-driven automation.

This hybrid, long-term contract role requires an independent data/finance professional with 5+ years in FP&A, strong Power BI skills, experience with Workday, and the ability to document SOPs and train the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of related FP&A experience beyond degree requirements.
• Advanced Power BI setup, data modeling, reporting and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard development: design, build, test, and maintain Power BI dashboards pulling data from Workday ERP and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• AI integration: identify and implement Generative AI tools to optimize FP&A workflows, variance analysis, forecasting, and routine processes.
• Continuous improvement: test and iterate tools based on FP&A feedback.
• Knowledge transfer & training: create SOPs and deliver hands-on training to enable long-term self-sufficiency.

About the Role

Are you a Power BI expert with a passion for integrating AI into financial processes? We are seeking an innovative, independent, and tech-forward Contingent FP&A Data & AI Specialist to modernize our financial reporting and forecasting ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Design, build, test, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that ingest and report data from Workday ERP and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• AI Integration: Identify and implement AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to optimize FP&A workflows, variance analysis, forecasting, and routine processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Perform rigorous testing and iterate on tools based on direct feedback from the FP&A team.
• Knowledge Transfer & Training: Create comprehensive SOPs/documentation and deliver hands-on training so the team can effortlessly manage and scale solutions long-term.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent combined education/work experience).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of related professional work experience in excess of degree requirements.
• Core Technical Skills:
• Advanced Power BI set up, data modeling, reporting, and maintenance using industry best practices.
• Hands-on proficiency with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for business automation.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

• Systems: Experience with Workday ERP and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Financial & Accounting Acumen: Solid foundational understanding of general ledger, revenues, expenses, amortizations, accruals, payroll, procurement (POs, invoices), and financial budgeting/forecasting.
