Position: Financial Analyst

Provide budget planning support, including attending and documenting results/action items from approximately 25 meetings per year.
Assist in developing and implementing best practices (averaging 5 per year, 3-5 pages each) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (averaging 5 per year, 10 pages each).
Support the budget formulation process, including contributions to the Resource Allocation Plan (RAP).
Help develop scenarios and appeals for the Resource Allocation Decision (RAD).
Contribute to Budget Justifications, including financial tables and exhibits.
Update spreadsheets for Capital Investment Plans (CIPs) and maintain financial data.
Assist in creating and maintaining spend plans with estimates, justifications, and analysis.
Prepare, analyze, and monitor financial data for accuracy.
Support the creation of weekly and monthly reports for internal TSA use.
