Job Description

The financial analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company by delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights.

Job Requirements

• Build and maintain project level forecasts (labor, materials, subcontractors)
• Prepare annual budgets and assist in quarterly forecasting
• Develop and maintain KPE dashboards for strategic functions
• Monitor WIP (work-in-progress) and ensure timely billing and revenue recognition
• Maintain data in the company's ERP or accounting system (e.g., Prophix, Viewpoint, QuickBooks)
• Assess ROI on new tools, vehicles, and hiring plans
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required
• 3-5 years' experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience in commercial finance and/or supply chain finance within manufacturing, services, or construction preferred
• Familiarity with FP&A transformation concepts defined within the AFP FP$A maturity model preferred
