Job summary

Referment is seeking an associate for its financial analysis and reporting team. You will combine financial modelling with practical data analysis to deliver decision-ready insights across a complex investment organisation.

You’ll build and maintain budgeting/forecasting models, produce reports for leadership, and develop dashboards and analytics tools while collaborating with colleagues across financial operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science or another relevant discipline.
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.

Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm to find an associate for its financial analysis and reporting team. The team develops forward-looking analysis and reporting that helps leaders understand performance and make informed decisions across a complex investment organisation.

You’ll combine financial modelling with practical data analysis, producing decision-ready insight while helping the team improve its reporting frameworks, dashboards and analytical tools. The role works across financial operations and has exposure to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Role

• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for finance and firm leadership, drawing out trends, variances and key business drivers.
• Analyse financial, operational and business data to answer questions and support decisions.

What We're Looking For
