Job summary

Qualifications

The associate director leads the systems team in testing, optimizing, and maintaining processing through the Oracle PeopleSoft Student Information System, and analyzes data related to FAFSA completion, packaging, and scholarship strategy. The role also directs budget projections and expenditure analysis and leads new initiatives to improve financial aid operations.

• Maximize system functionality to ensure efficient and accurate financial aid awarding.
• Analyze data related to FAFSA completion, packaging, scholarship strategies, and student success.

• Lead new initiatives to improve student services and financial aid business operations.
• Manage annual reporting requirements and collaborate with Enterprise Application Services on software systems.
• Develop and maintain policy, procedure, testing, and training documentation.
• Requires a bachelor's degree with 3 years of financial aid experience (or a master's degree with 1 year), plus demonstrated experience with student information systems and federal financial aid platforms.
• Work Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with evenings, weekends, and some travel as needed.
• Salary range of $85,000-$95,000.
