Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with financial aid, student information systems, or complex data processing environments.
• Ability to learn and support specialized software applications and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to document procedures and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor recurring financial aid systems operations and data-processing activities.
• Support data exchanges involving federal and institutional financial aid systems (SAIG, EDconnect, ISIR, COD).
• Monitor file transmissions and investigate rejects, exceptions, and processing failures.
• Administer PowerFAIDS including batch processes, data imports, and annual setup.
• Support Workday Student financial aid functionality and related processing.
• Assist with annual aid-year setup, rollover activities, and testing.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and user support to financial aid staff.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and processing calendars.
• Assist with onboarding and training for new staff and ongoing guidance.
• Stay current with changes to systems and technologies.
