Responsibilities
Review reports and forms to track students and identify necessary actions.
Process federal and state applications as directed by the Director of Financial Aid.
Communicate with students, family members, and navigators as needed.
Work with the Department of Corrections to address any FA hurdles.
Develop a system of tracking student information.
Compile paper files for use by Navigators and/or the provost.
Update information in the SIS as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
