Responsibilities

• Review reports and forms to track students and identify necessary actions.
• Process federal and state applications as directed by the Director of Financial Aid.
• Communicate with students, family members, and navigators as needed.
• Work with the Department of Corrections to address any FA hurdles.
• Develop a system of tracking student information.
• Compile paper files for use by Navigators and/or the provost.
• Update information in the SIS as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
