Job summary

Lincoln Tech in East Windsor, CT is seeking an experienced Financial Aid Manager to lead the daily operation of the Financial Aid Department, ensuring accurate and complete packaging for incoming students. The role includes planning, directing, and monitoring timely processing in compliance with federal/state regulations and company policy.

You will train and evaluate staff, resolve student inquiries, and oversee audits and the Institutional Loan Program, with schedule set by the Campus

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 2+ years' Title IV Administration experience.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
• Ability to manage a team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Financial Aid Department to ensure accurate packaging.
• Direct training, development, and evaluation of staff.
• Audit and verify student files for compliance with Title IV regulations.
• Oversee processing of applications and the Institutional Loan Program.
• Coordinate audits and respond to internal/external inquiries.
