Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate degree required.
• Must qualify for NSLDS access.
• Experience with student financial aid software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide an overview of the Financial Aid process to students.
• Estimate and calculate tuition and aid based on eligibility.
• Counsel students on financial aid paperwork and options.
• Create and schedule funding plans for enrolled students.
• Evaluate submitted Financial Aid documentation for requirements.
• Maintain high service levels and performance metrics.
• Track progress of students’ Financial Aid eligibility.
