HSHS is seeking a Financial Aid & Compliance Administrator to support administration of financial aid programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, accrediting agencies, and institutional regulations.

Working within the College of Nursing, this role serves as a liaison among students, the Office of Financial Aid, academic leadership, and external agencies to promote student success and operational efficiency.

Pay Range:

$24.31 - $36.47 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

The Financial Aid & Compliance Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration of financial aid programs while ensuring institutional compliance with federal, state, accrediting agency, and institutional regulations. Working within the College of Nursing, this position serves as a liaison among students, the Office of Financial Aid, academic leadership, and external agencies to promote student success, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role provides guidance to prospective and current nursing students regarding financial aid opportunities, scholarship programs, and funding resources while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and accreditation standards.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education, finance, business, or related field is required.

Experience Qualifications

5 years of experience in financial aid administration, higher education student services, or a related administrative role is required.

3 years management or leadership experience is required.
