Job summary

Lincoln Tech – New Britain campus seeks an experienced Financial Aid Advisor to guide students through Title IV funding and the complete financial aid process. You will manage student records, data entry, and electronic files to ensure accurate funding disbursements.

The role requires strong communication with students and families, and collaboration with FA Managers and Regional Directors. An associate degree or equivalent is required, with 1+ years in higher education financial aid.
