Job summary

HTU in Blacksburg, VA seeks a customer-focused advisor to provide guidance to students, parents, and staff via in-person, phone, and email. You will manage programs like Satisfactory Academic Progress, Professional Judgments, Outreach and Education Abroad, and help determine financial aid eligibility.

Responsibilities include processing awards, reviewing appeals, and leading outreach events. The role requires flexibility to work from home with occasional evenings/weekends during peak periods.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary commensurate with experience, with a budget maximum of $44,192.
• Non-exempt status eligible for overtime.
• Regular full-time appointment with 40 hours per week.
