Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused Financial Aid Advisor to join their Atlanta campus. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting students through the financial aid process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of service throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Assists prospective and current students with completing FAFSA and other financial aid forms
Advises students and families on available federal, state, and institutional aid programs
Reviews and verifies financial aid documentation for eligibility and accuracy
Packages and awards financial aid in compliance with applicable regulations and institutional guidelines
Maintains accurate records and provides timely, ongoing communication with students
Supports enrollment and retention goals through proactive financial aid advising

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in financial aid or student services is highly desirable
Familiarity with Title IV regulations and financial aid software systems (e.g., Banner, Ellucian)
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
A strong commitment to student success and regulatory compliance
