Northwestern Mutual in Midtown Manhattan is hiring Financial Advisors to build relationships with individuals, families, and businesses, offering financial planning, investments, insurance, and wealth management. Training is provided and you’ll work with an experienced team to support client delivery.

The role includes new business development, meeting clients, delivering customized financial plans, and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role (sales, advisory, customer success, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must live in/near the Tri-State Area and be commutable to Midtown Manhattan.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm commitment required.

Responsibilities

• New business development: build relationships with new clients from leads and referrals.
• Client financial advisory: discuss financial planning, insurance, and investments with clients.
• Deliver customized financial plans to help clients reach goals.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ongoing service.
