Job summary

Raymond James Financial Advisors offers the Advisor Mastery Program (AMP) to train the next generation of financial advisors. Trainees learn to balance new client development, sales, investment management and compliance with mentorship from managers and advisors.

Through distance learning and hands-on experience, you will build a client practice, achieve production targets, and pursue industry licenses while developing professional growth within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience in sales or business.
• Licenses required: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 or the ability to obtain within four months.
• Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses or the ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Meet production targets and develop a book of business aligned with AMP program goals.
• Provide high level client service and manage full client relationships.
• Recommend investment products and services based on client needs and risk tolerance.
• Obtain licenses within prescribed timeframes and complete program training.
• Network in the community to grow client referrals.
