Job summary

Catalyst Career Group in Houston is seeking a Financial Representative Trainee for a structured Accelerator Program in the financial services industry. You will receive training to sell Individual Insurance products and build a sustainable holistic practice.

You will participate in comprehensive learning, gain direct sales exposure, and have mentorship guiding your path to an independent advisor role within 24 months or less. A $1000 bonus is offered after trainee completion and promotion.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products and marketing practices.
• Be highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Successfully meet all trainee program requirements to excel.

Responsibilities

• You’ll participate in a comprehensive program to develop the skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients.
• You’ll gain valuable direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients and pass a sales process competency test.
• You’ll cultivate and sustain prospecting skills such as research, targeting, networking and social media.
• You’ll acquire an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, demonstrating expertise in their features and benefits.
• You’ll oversee completion of content, proposals and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office.
