Voya Financial Advisors, Inc., a leading independent broker-dealer in defined contribution and defined benefit, seeks a Financial Professional for the greater Wilmington, Delaware area.

The role handles 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education and seminars. You will prospect, schedule and conduct appointments, recommend strategies, and respond to client questions.

Qualifications

• Registered Representative with experience in defined contribution plans (403(b), 457).
• Securities registrations including Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred.
• Life and Health insurance licenses required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll participants in 403(b)/457 programs and explain retirement options.
• Present retirement and investment strategies to clients and groups.
• Prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments and seminars.
