Job summary

Spectrum Financial Group is seeking an entry-level Financial Advisor. Flexible, hybrid, or remote options are available, with structured support and a pathway to build your client base while earning income through stipends, bonuses, and commissions.

You will conduct needs assessments, educate clients on retirement and savings strategies, and steadily develop a book of business with coaching and licensing support along the way.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive onboarding program (no prior experience required).
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced professionals.
• Access to proven scripts, systems, and marketing tools.
• Licensing support (where applicable).
• Weekly coaching and development sessions.
• Earn required licensing (Life, SIE, Series 7 and Series 66).

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients (provided leads + self-generated opportunities).
• Conduct financial needs assessments and identify appropriate solutions.
• Educate clients on financial strategies (retirement, protection, savings, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities.
• Track daily activity and progress toward personal goals.
