Job summary

FourPoint People in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Financial Advisor with ~2 years of client-facing experience to join a growing wealth management firm. This direct-hire role offers mentorship, support, and room to grow with a base salary of $60,000 to $80,000.

You will help individuals and families plan for retirement and build long-term wealth, working alongside experienced senior advisors who are invested in your success. A clear path to advancement is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing financial services experience.
• Series 65 or 66 required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field preferred.
• CFP designation or progress toward it is a plus.
• Strong communication and a consultative client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand goals, assess financial picture, and build long-term relationships.
• Develop personalized plans covering investments, retirement, and wealth strategies.
• Work with senior advisors to manage and grow client portfolios.
• Grow the client base through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Keep accurate client records in the firm’s CRM and planning software.
• Stay current on regulations, products, and market trends.
