Runestad Financial Services is seeking a Financial Advisor to work with leads from seminars and referrals, servicing existing clients, and setting appointments with prospects. You will present customized financial plans and provide comprehensive financial guidance while building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities include advising on investments, insurance, retirement, and wealth management, with no cold calls and access to strong leads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services with a sales focus.
• Life and Health licensed; Series 65.
• Strong initiative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM experience (Redtail) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans.
• Assist clients with annuities, life, long-term care, and managing money.
• Provide financial planning advice including investments, insurance, and retirement.
• Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships.
• Assist the main Advisor with meeting individual and team goals.
• No cold calls; access to the best leads.
