We’re hiring a Financial Advisor to lead our Scranton office. If you’re an experienced advisor who’s ready to stop chasing leads, wants long-term growth, and thrives in a high-opportunity environment — this is the career move for you.

Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 Base + Commissions

What You'll Do

  • Meet with pre-qualified prospects (no cold prospecting)
  • Deliver ASC’s comprehensive financial planning process
  • Recommend investment, insurance, and income strategies
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients through planning-focused conversations
  • Serve as the lead advisor in the office and build deep client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed with Life & Health Insurance and Series 65
  • 3+ years in financial services or advisory roles
  • Strong communicator with a sales-first, service-driven mindset
  • Confident, motivated, coachable, and highly professional
  • Experience working with clients aged 50+ and high-net-worth households preferred
  • Looking for a long-term career opportunity with room to grow
