Due to strong growth and demand, we are expanding into Knoxville with a brand-new office. This expansion creates a unique opportunity for an experienced and driven Financial Advisor to take the lead in building and managing our presence in the region—serving a consistent stream of qualified prospects without the need for cold outreach.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Financial Advisor to lead our Knoxville market. This role is centered around client engagement, financial planning, and growing the business locally. Unlike traditional advisory positions, this role does not require prospecting—our in-house marketing team generates and qualifies all leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Knoxville Office: Serve as the primary advisor overseeing client relationships and business development in the new market.
  • Work with Qualified Leads: Meet with pre-screened prospects provided by the firm, understand their retirement objectives, and guide them through a tailored planning process.
  • Deliver Holistic Retirement Plans: Create personalized strategies utilizing AUM solutions, fixed indexed annuities, and other financial products aligned with client goals.
  • Drive Business Growth: Convert prospects into long-term clients through relationship-focused, consultative conversations.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Offer ongoing support and service to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and continued success of financial plans.
  • Educate and Empower: Clearly explain investment options and retirement strategies in a way that is accessible and engaging for clients nearing or in retirement.

  • Proven Experience as a Financial Advisor: A strong track record of converting qualified prospects into long-term clients, particularly in the retirement planning space.
  • Client-Centered Philosophy: A consultative approach that builds trust and emphasizes education over sales pressure.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Confident in leading discussions, simplifying complex topics, and delivering clear, persuasive recommendations.
