Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Open to December 2026 graduates, and alumni.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Passion for helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Must be able to work in our Plum Borough, PA office five days per week.
• Must currently hold, or be able to obtain, a Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance License and the Series 65 license within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Generate new client appointments using firm-provided leads and prospecting strategies.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients alongside experienced advisors.
• Develop and grow your own client base from the beginning of your career.
• Create and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' goals.
• Conduct ongoing client review meetings and maintain long-term relationships.
• Continue developing your knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
