• Licensing required (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within regulatory timelines; ongoing CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand client needs to create personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes and team responsibilities to ensure high-quality client experiences.
• Engage branch team to monitor and adjust business plans for growth.
