COUNTRY Financial® is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial Financial Advisors who want to own their business and help clients prepare for life’s planned and unexpected moments with the right financial services and insurance products.

As independent contractors, they are in business for themselves but not by themselves, with access to COUNTRY’s trusted brand and product portfolio. We emphasize growth, education, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Series 6/63 licenses required
• Passed SIE
• Life/Health State Insurance License
• Property/Casualty State Insurance License
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years in insurance/financial services
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Insurance Agents to secure business.
• Establish an office and build a staff.

The Career

COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors take a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients. As independent contractors, they are in business for themselves but not by themselves, and they:

• Diversify their income through multiple product lines beyond financial services.
• Leverage the portfolio of property and casualty, life and health, and annuities and investment products and services.
• Educate clients and prospects about our products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Financial® Insurance Agents to secure business.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
• Conduct financial solution seminars.
• Have the flexibility to manage their schedules to balance their careers and personal interests.

• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
