Job summary

TruStage in Franklin, TN is seeking an Administrative Professional to schedule appointments for members and financial professionals and to support the Wealth Management Solutions program. You will coordinate seminars, manage calendars, and handle outreach activities with Credit Union employees.

You will also provide administrative support to advisors, track referrals, and assist with program reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with TWMS policies.

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for scheduling appointments for members, Associate Financial Professional, Financial Service Representatives, and/or Lead Financial Professional, marketing the Wealth Management Solutions program to Credit Union employees and members, as well as performing administrative functions in support of the Wealth Management Solutions program.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the marketing efforts of the program
  • Assemble seminar packets
  • Coordinate logistics of seminars
  • Maintain lobby marketing materials supply
  • Coordinate mailings
  • Execute basic marketing activities at the member level

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable working both face-to-face and over the phone with people.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience with Salesforce and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Financial Services/Insurance related background is a plus.
• Banking or Credit Union experience.

Base Salary Range

$37,400.00 - $62,300.00
