TruStage in Brentwood, TN is seeking a motivated professional to support the Wealth Management Solutions program. This role schedules appointments, coordinates seminars, and performs administrative tasks to promote the Wealth Management Solutions program to Credit Union employees and members.

You will work with Advisors, manage calendars, assemble materials, and handle referrals while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office preferred.

• Support the marketing efforts of the Wealth Management Solutions program.
• Assemble seminar packets and coordinate seminar logistics.
• Maintain lobby marketing materials supply and coordinate mailings.
• Execute basic marketing activities at the member level.
• Set up and confirm appointments with members and manage advisor calendars.
• Coordinate and track referrals and provide program reporting.
• Maintain confidential member information in line with policy.
• Provide administrative support to Advisor(s) and ensure compliance.

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for scheduling appointments for members, Associate Financial Professional, Financial Service Representatives, and/or Lead Financial Professional, marketing the Wealth Management Solutions program to Credit Union employees and members, as well as performing administrative functions in support of the Wealth Management Solutions program.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the marketing efforts of the program

• Execute basic marketing activities at the member level

• Maintain confidential member information by adhering to TWMS's policies and procedures for data security and privacy

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable working both face-to-face and over the phone with people.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience with Salesforce and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Financial Services/Insurance related background is a plus.
• Banking or Credit Union experience.

Compensation

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range: $37,400.00 - $62,300.00
